국내외 전기전자제조사 제조총괄 경험자 (( Plant Manager 혹은 Operation Manager)
- 제조공정이해(압출,사출-가공-조립 등) 및 화학 소재에 대한 이해까지 겸비한 분이면 최고 우대

Main Task:
Production management
- Oversee the overall production operation plan to optimize all production lines and the quality of output
- Set up and ensure to achieve related KPIs to improve production reliability and capability
- Allocate resources effectively to improve the production efficiency and fully utilize assets
- Plan CAPEX about Wonju plant and determine the needs for asset investment

Maintenance management
- Plan and oversee all maintenance and installation activities
- Manage maintenance budget/cost and ensure to achieve related maintenance KPIs
- Supervise the maintenance execution of the facility in line with the maintenance plan

IMS and QMS management
